ACS Egham is a co-educational day school with over 550 students
aged between 2½ and 18, representing nearly 30 countries. We
are known as a friendly and caring international community, which
values a holistic approach to education.
ACS Egham is located in an especially charming corner of England,
literally across the street from the Royal Windsor Great Park,
and near the Royal Savill Gardens. Our tranquil campus contains
a friendly and dynamic educational community: where students
are enthusiastically engaged and challenged in the learning process
by creative, caring and skilled teachers; and where teachers,
support staff and parents work together to create an environment
that nurtures an appreciation of the skills and experience of
each segment of the community.
The programme at ACS Egham allows every child to be known as
an individual, and to be encouraged and challenged accordingly.
At the center of the School’s philosophy is the desire – necessity,
even – to understand the needs of each child. While we
have high academic and behavioral expectations, we believe every
child can succeed, and class sizes and talented teachers at Egham
encourage the students to grow and develop to their full potential.
We offer a curriculum incorporating American and internationally
recognised educational principles and practices. The International
Baccalaureate (IB) program is offered throughout the school and
emphasizes inquiry-based learning. The Lower School implements
the IB Primary Years Programme for our three-year-olds through
to 5th Grade; students in 6th to 10th Grades follow the IB Middle
Years Programme; and in 11th and 12th Grades we offer the International
Baccalaureate Diploma programme along with the American High
School Diploma. All our programmes provide high academic standards
so that your children are prepared for the next stage in their
educational careers.
