  Welcome from the HR team

The ACS Human Resources (HR) department is a small and friendly team based at Heywood House on the ACS Cobham Campus.  Our primary role is to provide our staff with effective professional services at the forefront of best practice in people management. And, in partnership with ACS administrators and department heads, contribute towards the realisation of the organisation’s strategic goals and objectives.

As a department we are responsible for all aspects of ACS’s employment relationship with its staff.  This includes recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, remuneration, pay and benefits, professional development and all of the policies and processes to support them.  As a new employee with us, we will also undertake relevant background checks, obtain work permits (if required), and provide you with the advice and guidance to help you quickly settle into UK and ACS life.

How can we help

We hope that our 'Working at ACS' website answers any initial questions you may have about the schools and living in the UK.  You will, however, receive additional information during our comprehensive application process.  Furthermore, if you are successful and are offered a position, a member of our team will be  in regular contact with you long before you arrive.
