There are local High Street shops in all the towns around each campus, which will supply most basic commodities. For food shopping there are larger supermarkets within a short drive of all our campuses.  The main ones are: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose and Asda. The Housing Officer or any of your colleagues will be able to tell you where the nearest one is.

For major shopping centres you may have to go to a larger town such as Kingston from ACS Cobham, Uxbridge for ACS Hillingdon or Windsor or Kingston for ACS Egham.  Here you will find all the major UK high street stores.

There are some larger shopping malls, which can be reached by car (although these are some distance from the campuses) but are great for a more leisurely shop. These are Bluewater (Dartford), Lakeside (Thurock), Harlequin (Watford) and Brent Cross.

Then, of course, there is central London, which can offer all shoppers every conceivable delight.
