Welcome to ACS International Schools' North American Office, established in 1996 to serve the educational needs of London-bound families from across the US and Canada.
 
The ACS philosophy here is a simple one – families relocating internationally with school-age children need reliable, up-to-date information about their host location.  As a former teacher and expatriate American in London, I feel my experiences and professional expertise can help parents resolve the two most important family issues associated with transition – where to live, and what school to chose.
 
In addition to working directly with prospective families, our team supports and informs ACS's client corporations by liaising primarily with international human resources and relocation professionals.  These relationships have been developed and sustained over time through onsite visits spanning the Continent and by attending, exhibiting, and presenting at key international relocation industry conferences.

Another constituent group is educational advisors and consultants working independently and for governmental agencies in nearby Washington, DC, including the US Department of State, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank.
 
The North American Office also supports the ACS Foundation's Programs of Distinction, sponsoring scholarships for deserving High-School age Summer scholars, and forming significant relationships with nonprofits serving families and young people such as Families in Global Transition, and the International Youth Foundation.
 
Offering every amenity found in a modern office tower, the North American Office hosts teacher recruitment events each Spring attracting talented prospective ACS educators (Pre K-12) from leading schools throughout the region.
