Student Reference

Please Note:

• Two Student References must be completed by two current teachers of the student
• In addition, please send school records from the previous three years
• The most recent/current available records, and the results of any Standardised Testing
• For students who require Special Resources, please send any available information including Educational Evaluations and Individual Educational Plans.
