In order to view and download the necessary forms required as part of our application process, simply click on the division (age group) button your child will be entering when he or she joins ACS.

Note: The standard cut-off date used by all three ACS schools for each year of entry is September 30th (E.g. for pre-Kindergarten, children should be 4 by September 30th of their year of entry).
In exceptional circumstances, exceptions can be made.
