Q: How do I apply online?
A: From the Apply for Admissions microsite main menu click on Making an Application and select the ‘online’ option from the drop down menu. A step-by-step guide to completing an application is given.

Q: Can I pay the Registration Fee online?
A: Yes. You can pay the Registration Fee using either a debit or credit card. Applications can only be processed once the Registration Fee has been paid.

Q: Do I have to complete an Application form for each child?
A: Yes. Each child will need a separate application as each child will have his/her own file and student number.

Q: Do I have to submit the Student References and Students Questionnaires at the same time as the Application?
A: No. You will need to download the relevant pdf forms from the Application for Admissions Online or Post or Email sections and either forward them to those people you have nominated to provide references or the applicant should complete the questionnaire. Hard copies can be mailed to the appropriate school’s Admissions Office.

Q: Can I contact the Admissions Office if I have any questions?
A: Yes. The best way to do this is via email as this will take account of time differences. You can also telephone the offices during UK working hours, 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Q: How do the Principals make their decisions?
A: Once a student’s Admissions File is complete, the decision to accept will be made based on an assessment as to whether the child can benefit from the programmes we offer in accordance with our admissions policy, and provided we have space.

Q: How will I know if my child has been accepted?
A: Your Admissions Office main contact will be in communication with you as soon as they are advised that the child has been accepted. Once we have received a complete student file, we aim to make a decision within 2 working days.

Q: Will I need to confirm that I accept a place if it is offered?
A: Yes. You will also need to pay a Deposit Fee before we can confirm that the place has been reserved. If Deposits are not paid within a prescribed time period we may offer the place to another student.
