Admissions Application Procedure

Thank you for your interest in applying to ACS International Schools.  You can download all the materials you need to apply for your child’s admission from our website at www.acs-england.co.uk.  If you have questions about the procedure, please do not hesitate to contact any of our Admissions Offices.  We look forward to welcoming you and your family to ACS International Schools soon.

Rising 3s (Ages 2-3) Scramblers (Ages 3-4) (Cobham and Egham only) Pre-Kindergarten (Ages 4-5) Kindergarten (Ages 5- 6)	A Completed Application and £125 Fee An Early Childhood Questionnaire to be completed by the Student’s Parent Any Available School Records A Student Reference from the Student’s Current Teacher if available
Grades 1 – 4 (Ages 6 – 10)	A Completed Application and £125 Fee Two Student References to be completed by Current Teachers School Records from the previous Three Years, the most recent/current available record and the results of any Standardised Testing
Grades 5 – 8 (Ages 10 – 14)	A Completed Application and £125 Fee A Student Questionnaire to be completed by the student in his/her handwriting Two Student References to be completed by Current Teachers School Records from the previous Three Years and the results of any Standardised Testing
Grades 9 – 12 (Ages 14 – 18)	A Completed Application and £125 Fee A Student Questionnaire to be completed by the student in his/her handwriting Two Student Evaluations to be completed by Current Teachers School Records from the previous Three Years and the results of any Standardised Testing
International Baccalaureate Diploma Students	Students need to complete an IB Application form (Cobham only)
Students Requiring Special Resources	Any available information including Educational Evaluations and Individual Educational Plans.
Boarding Students	A Completed Application and £125 Fee A Student Questionnaire to be completed by the student in his/her handwriting Two Student Evaluations to be completed by Current Teachers School Records from the previous Three Years and the results of any Standardised Testing

To submit an application:

Open the forms online* or download them to your computer and open them using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

PRINT and complete the form(s), then SIGN and FAX/POST for the attention of the Admissions Dean of the campus you wish to apply to.

Your completed and faxed form will confirm the date of your application, but we will need the original with your signature by mail. The Fax number and postal address of the Admissions Dean can be found on the 'Admissions' page of each school.
