It is true that numbers only tell part of any school’s story. However, looking back at our first 40 years, ACS certainly has ended up with its fair share of amazing statistics. Here are some of the best:

• We have educated over 45,000 students
• Our students come from over 70 countries
• In 1967 we opened with a few dozen staff. Today we employ over 580 people
• 70% of our staff are from countries outside the UK
• Within the ACS community, over 40 first languages are spoken
• Our three campuses combined cover an area over 160 acres
• There are over 1,200 state-of-the-art MACs and PCs in use across the organisation
• We purchased 4,900 light bulbs last year
• Our catering teams served over 220,800 hot meals during the 2006-07 academic year.
